His journey has focused on impactful roles where he has collaborated with nonprofit, government, and philanthropic organizations on strategic planning and collective impact initiatives. Santiago’s background reflects his commitment to cultural humility and thoughtful engagement.

At Equal Measure, Santiago contributes to all aspects of the organization’s strategic communications initiatives and provides communications support and capacity building for Equal Measure clients. His role encompasses shaping comprehensive communication strategies to amplify Equal Measure’s digital presence.

Prior to Equal Measure, Santiago’s professional journey saw him at VIVA Social Impact Partners and FSG. At these organizations, he collaborated on strategic planning and collective impact projects, leaving an indelible mark on the intersection of nonprofits, government, and philanthropy. Santiago also led strategic communications projects for nonprofit organizations ranging from managing social media, developing bilingual content (English and Spanish), developing video storyboards, and drafting website copy.
