Christina J. Graham

Senior Consultant

Christina is a public health researcher who is passionate about using data to inform evidence-based programming. Her research has focused on using data to inform, implement, evaluate, and improve community-based programs and initiatives to address social determinants of health. She brings experience in survey methodology, community-based participatory research, and equitable data collection.  

At Equal Measure, Christina is a core team member for equity-focused evaluation and learning projects, including PolicyLink’s Winning on Equity campaign, the Bloomberg American Sustainable Cities initiative, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Ambassadors for Health Equity program, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s National Scale Enterprise.  

Previously, Christina was a member of the research team for the Pennsylvania Department of Health-funded Pennsylvania LGBTQ Health Needs Assessment, a biennial survey on the health and wellness of LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians, where she coordinated collection efforts and the dissemination of research findings. She also provided technical assistance to other teams seeking to replicate the assessment across the United States. Christina was a co-investigator of a research effort about vaccine hesitancy among LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians during the COVID-19 pandemic and a co-author of the resulting report. As a researcher at the Pennsylvania State University’s Edna Bennett Pierce Prevention Research Center, Christina provided research and operational support for projects conducted in the Administrative Data Accelerator and Evidence-to-Impact Collaborative.
