Since 2014, Equal Measure has partnered with the Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions as its learning and evaluation partner for the Opportunity Youth Forum, a national systems change effort to connect 16- to 24-year-olds not in school or work to education and careers. For the Forum for Community Solutions’ Equity Counts initiative, Equal Measure worked with six pilot communities to develop community-wide indicators of opportunity youth success and progress.
